The Paroject is a syringe for intraligamental local anesthesia (single tooth). Its unique ratchet design enables the operator to dispense a very small dose, and is capable of very high high pressure. Manufactured of high-grade acid-resistant stainless steel, it withstands repeated sterilizations.

As a result of its streamlined shape, it is also unintimidating and much less imposing to the patient. It delivers profound anesthesia without traumatic pressure, and reduced lever pressure virtually eliminates cartridge breakage. Paroject is the most compact and user-friendly instrument of its kind. Dosage: 0.06ml.
